The Guest House has not been used until 2016. About 10 miles to DC & close to Metro. Walk to parks, bus stops, restaurants, and much more. Door parking. Newly furnished. Very convenient. 150 Mbs WIFI. 55" UHD TV with Fios. Softened & filtered water. One of kind & can not be compared.
