Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Fahrdorf

We had a fulfilling time with our dogs in this nostalgic, super-equipped thatched cottage. Garden / property are safely fenced and the beds are also great. Despite the great facilities and the very well-preserved interior, we were a little surprised that the hygiene was not perfect. Although it is an old house, more attention should have been paid to cobwebs (e.g. on the ceiling directly above the bed or in cupboards), the removal of silverfish in the bathroom (moisture/ventilation issue) and the cleanliness of the floors. We had to wipe up something from time to time and afterwards the white kitchen roll was pretty dirty. Overall, however, this did not affect the beautiful stay, because otherwise hygiene & order were taken care of in places that were particularly important to us. We were very satisfied with the location, design, quality of the electronics and communication and are happy to be a guest again!

An absolutely great house that is well maintained. Sauna and swimming pool are very easy to use. Beautiful footpaths in the surrounding area and by bike or car the cities of the surrounding area. However, the contact is not via Holidu, but via the very friendly and helpful owner. We have been to many holiday houses, this is probably hard to beat.

I had a great time in Fynshav. Close to the beach, bike/hiking trails right outside the door and a small supermarket just around the corner. Perfect location to relax and unwind. The accommodation was very clean and comfortably furnished - you felt right at home! ☺️ Everything was as described. The house also had documents with restaurant tips and a map of the area. I'd love to come back again - it was great! Highly recommended! ☺️

The reception was very welcoming. Elke is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is highly recommended, the area is enchanting. Time has stopped here, extremely relaxing. I'd love to come back!

We stayed here for six days and it was everything we hoped for and more. The house was exactly as described, but what made it special was the peace that came with it. Looking out into the garden each morning, with nothing but quiet around us, gave us a calm we didn’t know we needed. The place was spotless, and the sauna became our favorite way to end the day, warm, relaxing, and just what you want after exploring the island. What really stood out though was our host. When our car broke down, she went above and beyond to help us with advice and answered every message so quickly. It meant a lot to feel that kind of care. This wasn’t just a place to stay it felt like a true escape. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already dreaming about coming back.

Very nice stay, Beach is not realistically accessible on foot with children or if you want to do it several times, but great by car or bike. We had a problem with the accommodation but after a short phone call the landlord came directly to us an hour later to help. The whirlpool is very cool. Unfortunately, the grill is not a charcoal grill! Accommodation is recommended 👍

We were on our way back from our holiday and booked an overnight stay with Nadine. A sweet guest house in a quiet location. Spotless, modern and equipped with everything you need. Also for our dog Zelda, water bowls, treats and a dog bed were included. Communication with Nadine was also smooth. She was always available and very helpful. We booked the apartment and I can say that it was a perfect experience! The landlords were very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and gave us all the information we needed. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Everything was ready for the arrival and the basics were all available. The view and location were great and for holidays with children it was great. Playgrounds, beach, meadow... Everything is very well maintained and tidy. Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a lovely long weekend at the property. It is very centrally located. Everything is within minutes walking distance. Children's playgrounds, spa, shopping, beach ... The parking space at the apartment was a plus and it's very quiet. Our daughter found the game cabinet right away. Great that there is also a great collection here. Johanna gave us great tips regarding food, etc. Our dog was welcome. We have already booked our next stay and are very excited.

Great holiday! The location is great.. 🥰 we felt very comfortable. The missing view of the sea can be compensated for with a coffee cup in your hand every morning within 30 seconds... across the street and you are sitting "on holiday"! Thank you - I'd be happy to come back 😊 PS: the pool is well heated, a great alternative if the sea is a bit chilly 😉

We would like to book the apartment again immediately! It was very nice and meaningfully decorated and in a quiet location. It was also perfect for us because there is a large meadow right in front of it, where we could always go for a small walk with our dog. The proximity to the exhibition center / Holstenhallen was also perfect for us. Maleen is the perfect host, communication was smooth. Thank you for the beautiful, lovingly furnished accommodation.

Perfect location for a couple or family to enjoy the comforts of home (kitchen with modern appliances and dishes/pots, comfortable sofa and bed, Netflix!) while on holiday. And very clean! Quick drive to the beach. In particular, I want to sat Simone and Nicole were extremely helpful when we had a situation with our dog. They helped us find a good vet quickly. They also helped us with a small problem when we forgot something at home. We can definitely recommend this place!

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay in this beautiful accommodation. The location was perfect, quiet and right on the dike. The apartment itself was a dream, stylishly furnished, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially liked the loving details and the high-quality furnishings. We were also delighted with the large, spacious garden. The sauna was also great. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and was flexible, which was really great. The communication with the host was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable during our entire stay and can fully recommend this place. We will be happy to come back!

Above expectation beautiful. We booked this location last minutes and came to a beautiful location. We were immediately warmly greeted by Jaana. The accommodation was beautiful, carefully and decorated with attention to detail. Outside, it was wonderful to stay for our children (3, 5 and 7 years) There were a lot of outdoor toys and our children had a wonderful time, so we really had a vacation. Occasionally, to the great pleasure of our children, the dog Karli visited us. A very sweet dog that the children enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the lovely house, the tranquility, the beautiful week, the freedom and beautiful surroundings. Thank you

We had a nice and relaxing week in the cozy and new house. Due to the canopy and the surrounding wooden veranda surrounded by the beautiful old trees, we felt the atmosphere was very special, due to the open design and windows also in the house. We were able to do many beautiful tours and activities by bike from the house. We received very good tips from the hostess. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.
