Jacopo was a great host and the place was amazing. If ever in Rimini again, we will certinly stay there again!

Andrea welcomed us super warmly and was very good tips for our nearby visits (restaurants, activities, etc.) The place was spacious, perfectly functional, and very clean. Free and private parking, as well as the hot tub are a real plus. We can only recommend booking this place. Ps: for those who would like to go to the Grand Prix de Moto GP (as was our case), be aware that the circuit is very easily accessible, about 10 min drive.

We have stayed in many ABNB’s throughout Europe and this stay was among the very best in all ways. Small unit, but better equipped than places 3X the size. Great location. Don’t be deterred by the closeness to the train station. The apartment is very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Soraya's apartment is perfectly located. About 10 minutes walk from old town square and also pretty cose to the main train station, with plenty of great restaurants and cefes along the way :)) Beautiful, clean and cosy flat is located in a quiet courtyard of a palazzo, so you can't hear the noises of a busy street nearby. It's one of the best AirBnB apartments I've had a chance to stay in and Soraya is a great host, who is happy to help and explain everything. Grazie, ciao! :))

Warm, cosy, clean and modern, this room is very close to the beautiful Rimini beach, and also within walking distance of the historical quarters. Patrizia was very welcoming and check in and check out was very simple and efficient. Highly recommended for your stay in Rimini!

Staying at Laura’s place was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Laura is one of the most friendly and service-minded hosts I’ve ever met. She made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. These hosts set the bar very high for Airbnb hosts. Their communication before check in was very informative and helpful. Their replies to our inquiries were always very prompt. The apartment was in a wonderful location, was extremely clean and had everything we needed. They have really paid attention to details to make their guests feel at home. We were in Ravenna for New Year's Eve. My friends and I had a good time. We really appreciated being able to stay longer than the scheduled check-out time. Luca and Daila also offered us a nice welcome bottle.

Structure very close to the center, easily accessible by car . The host provided me with specific parking directions and responded promptly every time I contacted them. The house is clean, comfortable, equipped with every comfort. The outdoor area is beautiful and great for enjoying a good breakfast outdoors. a great experience, I recommend this solution to everyone.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything you can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very nice place to relax with family, full of board games for children of all ages and plenty of books, also outdoor games, cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is great (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama on Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great time, thanks to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this perfect b&b for a family

Clean and spacious space. Isolated, in a very quiet and beautiful location. We enjoyed our evenings behind the house, in the sun, with mountain views. The bedding is of good quality. The car is a must... Ander is very responsive and answered our questions quickly...

Very nice apartment located within walking distance of train station which was great for day trips to Parma and Verona. Downstairs layout is living room, kitchen, laundry room (separate washer and dryer), and bathroom. Upstairs are both bedrooms and bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedrooms are almost identical and have closets with plenty of hangers, vanity space, a chair, end tables, and their own heat/ac system. Beautifully decorated with touches important to travelers - hooks, easily accessible outlets, soap, extra blankets and pillows. Didn’t try public busses but looked easy enough. Can also walk to city center or uber.

it is the second time they have stayed at Federica's and everything has always been comfortable, clean and without major problems. Federica is always available and ready to give tips on the surroundings too. We stayed with you to work at the fair, the distance is about 15 minutes by car and convenient to reach. It is far from the confusion in the middle of nature and after hard days it is a pleasure to return.

It's almost a shame to only stay there for one night. Wonderful and modern apartment, very bright and well furnished, with several parking lots around and close to what is the main square of Cervia, as well as several shops and restaurants and a 5/10 minute walk from the sea. Marco is a serious, friendly, friendly and responsible person, as well as being extremely helpful. If you want to make a good name with friends or your half, highly recommended and if I have to go back to the area, I will not think twice about where to book!

Great place to stay in the center of Bologna. You can walk to the historic city center in 10-15 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and other shops are just close to the apartment. Antonio personally welcomed us upon arrival, although we arrived late. He is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is totally clean and you have everything you need. Although the apartment is very centrally located, it is very quiet. There is also a nice balcony where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.

We had a great stay at Sergio's. He and his wife were so friendly and waited to let us in the apartment even though we were delayed to arrive at the place. The place itself was spotless, super clean and organized plus everything worked perfectly. The location was great, 10 min walking from the city center but also very quiet at night (plus an amazing ice cream place right under the building). Sergios was also extremely helpful with our car and parking issues, as we didn't know we had to pay for the ZTL driving zone, he helped sort it out with a lot of patience! Sergio was also very responsive and very easy to communicate with. would definitely go back for another visit. Thank you Sergio for a great stay!

Claudio is a very welcoming and helpful host.I stayed here for three nights and Claudio came to pick me up in person when I arrived on the first day, thank you so much!This house is also great, close to two big supermarkets, very convenient for shopping, cooking.The place is an 8 minute walk to find a bus stop, and of course Claudio says it's free to use his bike too, but sadly I don't ride a bike hahaha.Anyway, it was a very happy stay and I recommend it to the whole Airbnb community!
