Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Faenza

Franca and Mario met us upon our arrival. They were flexible enough to allow us early check in. Moreover, they made it a point to recommend to us places to visit and places for food. The Abnb is just across the Bologna Station yet there is no noice due to the station‘s design. Last but not least, there is nothing ‘Tiny’ about the Abnb as it’s spacious and full of amenities.

Great location, a few steps from the main monuments. Historical surroundings with local restaurants and cafes… great vibes.

Fabulous location, right in the centre of the old town. Everything on walking distance but still with a drop off by taxi at the door. Lovely, bright, modern apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

A really nice and well-maintained apartment. The location is great: very central and at the same time very quiet, as the apartment is located in a backyard. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, restaurants and bars are all in the immediate vicinity. Communication with Soraya was very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and would choose the apartment again at any time.

This stylish well outfitted apartment was a hidden gem. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, it had all you could want for a great stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean with thoughtful inclusions such as pantry items, and hair and body products for use during our stay. It was in walking distance to many of Bologna’s eateries and attractions. Francesca was an excellent host, she was very responsive and provided us with an extensive list of local recommendations which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend! Thanks Francesca.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. In the apartment, there was everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs on the other veranda. Easy access with a stroller, both on the ramp and with the lift. This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Paolo's home is a little gem. We had a great time, a stone's throw from the center and all the monuments. I'd say perfect. 100% recommended

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

it is the second time they have stayed at Federica's and everything has always been comfortable, clean and without major problems. Federica is always available and ready to give tips on the surroundings too. We stayed with you to work at the fair, the distance is about 15 minutes by car and convenient to reach. It is far from the confusion in the middle of nature and after hard days it is a pleasure to return.

Great apartment! The host was very helpful. The apartment was complete with everything I needed. I was able to go to the fresh market and make a nice meal from scratch in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing little town, we made a stop on our way to Bari from Milan to split the distance and we did not regret it! The house is beautiful and very well designed, decorated with high aesthetics. It’s perfectly located in the old town although getting in and out with the car and the luggage was a challenge due to several works on the road where you need to deviate and then you just get stuck in the town’s small roads. The food recommendations were top notch and we would definitely consider revisiting. One thing to keep in mind, there is no air conditioning, Alessandro provided us with a fan but in hot days if you are heat-sensitive as we are you might find it difficult to sleep well! Overall the experience was so good that we actually enjoyed it!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It is steps away from the train station which was perfect for our family since we did a lot of day trips from Bologna. The host was so helpful, responsive, and a great communicator! Highly recommend!

Marco’s apartment was spotless. It’s much better than the photos. I really enjoyed Imola as well.

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

The accommodation is wonderful, perfectly located for activities and Sergio is a very friendly and helpful host. The recommendations for the area were excellent and the apartment is clean and very authentic and beautiful! We will definitely be happy to come back. Thank you for everything.
