You are welcome to ramble along the paths around the farm to spot the many farmland birds, get up close to the deer and to identify some of the arable plants- some are very rare! There are no other amenities but a short 5 minute drive will take you to the village of Eynsham or Yarnton where you can get most things. Property is an 8 minute drive to the Blenheim Palace, or walking out of the village you can catch a bus to Oxford city, or the historic town of Witney.

Self contained Studio

Little Rockwell is a self contained studio, without kitchen facilities. Very stylist, brand new accommodation for two people in the centre of Eynsham. It consists of a king sized bed, seating/dining area with fridge and has a large shower, sink and toilet. This is separate from our home, but access is via the driveway and it’s above our garage. The bus stop is very close for access to both Witney and Oxford. We are close to Blenheim Palace and The Cotswolds too.

Guest Suite at the oval

A lovely, well-appointed guest suite in the garden of our main home at the Oval. Perfect for short stays, this annex provides privacy while remaining part of our property. Self-contained for convenience with en-suite shower room, open living/kitchen area, and log burner for cosy winter months. Guests have private parking allocated opposite the house. Please note: This annex is part of our main residence and is available for short-term lets on an ad hoc basis

Get away from the city and rent a beautiful, furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, detached dormer bungalow in the picturesque village of South Leigh.
