Monthly Rentals in Exuma

It's hard to find 1 bedroom homes in Exuma and this place was absolutely perfect. The accommodations were exactly as described. The view and direct access to the beach and water are what make this place perfect for a couple. Every morning we started with a walk along the beach followed by a relaxing breakfast sitting on the deck enjoying the view. We typically went out and about for beaches and lunch, then back for more sun, swimming, and naps. We only went out one night for dinner because the road is curvy and dark. Restaurants, stores, etc. were all a short drive. Absolutely relaxing time!

If you are looking for understated, simple elegance, this is the place. It is fresh modern and clean and very airy. Tami has excellent design taste. To achieve what Tami has achieved her is not easy to do and you cannot describe it, you have to feel it. Once there, the feeling surrounds you effortlessly. The house is built into the original landscape perfectly. She has designed the house to showcase the real art, Nature. The real show is the seascape and the landscape and the house compliments it and provides a venue to live in nature with all the conveniences of the 21st century. The house is run by Gail and Seron who are cordial and polite and at your beck and call. Tami and Patrick are also actively involved. They helped with reservations locally when I had trouble reaching places. The response time was usually immediate. Everything from hosting to the actual house to the privacy was as good as it gets... or better.

Had a great stay at Paradise Point. Enjoyed having the cooler and beach towels available for our use. The ninja coffee pot was awesome as it made ample coffee for us daily. Having yeti coffee mugs was great! Travis and Ressa were great!!

Clean and comfortable place with a convenient location. Would definitely stay again! (Would just want one of the rooms with the balcony overlooking the water next time, which was not available when we booked) . The hosts provided wonderful recommendations of things to do, places to eat, where to explore, which included clear directions. They made our trip very easy and memorable. Such great hosts! The people of Exuma are very warm and friendly. We loved how quiet and chill it is there. Thanks for a great trip!
