Monthly Rentals in Exuma

The stay was wonderful. Janerese picked me up from the airport (also drove me to the airport on my last day) and after she showed me the airbnb, she also showed me George Town! Janerese is incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Thank you for the great time! And you can also rent her car, which I would highly recommend.

Very well equipped apartment! Beach accessories available; beach towels, cooler, buoys.. In addition, the location is perfect, close to supermarket, close to the airport, near boat taxis and in the middle of the island so you can explore everything! The best for the end: the view. Morning coffee doesn't have the same flavor on this sea-style balcony 🌊

This is the most magical and peaceful setting! If you enjoy looking at turquoise waters and watching the sky meet the ocean and escaping the world, then this place is for you! The house is quite simple with 2 bed/bath connected by a kitchen/living room but has everything that you need to enjoy the water. There are kayaks, stand up paddle board, several floats, beach umbrella, and surrounding the house is like a mini-retreat. I stayed with my mom and we could not get over the beauty of the view and peacefulness of having our private beach. Tami did a great job with explaining the details of this unique place which everyone should read as it would not work for some people. It's way down a dirt road but is only about 12 minutes into town. There are no close neighbors and it's the last house on the road. If you are someone who is sensitive to bug bites, this may not be the best place for you. At dawn and dusk there were no-see-ums and mosquitos, typical for the south side of Exuma.

Overall our experience was phenomenal staying with Gota! The view was fantastic! And our host was so very helpful and responsive! We had a wonderful Taxi driver named Douglas. The chef, D‘Andra, cooked the best food on the entire island! The grouper was an A+!! The sea turtle came to visit us several times through out the day too! There is no microwave so make sure groceries can be cooked on the stove. We will definitely be back to Exuma and will definitely be staying with Gota again in the future!
