A unique, self-contained studio.

LucyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The Studio was perfect; so well thought out and designed. West Meon is gorgeous, and we followed recommendations for local meals and walks. In addition to being lovely, the room was extremely comfortable with everything you could need. Connie and Michael were thoughtful and welcoming hosts who really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The Luxe Pod, Riversdown, Warnford

RobynRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Great host and a great place! Perfect one night stay, lovely to sit and enjoy the evening in such beautiful surroundings. Comfortable bed and a breakfast being provided was a real treat! Do take your golf clubs if you play, there is a 9 hole course we were informed guests were welcome to use, but we’d left our clubs at home. Although it was a warm evening we stayed we didn’t find the place too hot, which we thought might be the case. We asked if there were any pub/restaurant recommendations and had an immediate response with ideas. Thank you Caroline for a beautiful place to stay.

Two Bedroom House in Bishops Waltham

JohnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We spent four days and three nights here. Cliff’s house was a perfect choice for us. We enjoyed a high standard of accommodation which was within easy reach of all the destinations we had planned; Winchester Cathedral, Fareham Live Theatre and Hampshire National Trust properties. Cliff is a superb host and was in touch with us, providing every detail of the house we could hope for. The bonus was Bishop’s Waltham itself with its beautiful Abbey ruin and extremely likeable Crown Inn restaurant. We could have stayed longer, but a return visit is always an option.

Cosy Caravan in a quiet rural area

JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Stayed for 1 week. Nice quiet location and caravan is in good condition. We used this for a base to hike in the area (south downs/ new forest) so quiet at night and cooking facilities were important and both were great. Caravan is fully equipped with gas oven/grill, gas hobs, toaster, kettle, TV, radio. Mike responded to messages quickly was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed a mid week break at Paper Mill. We first visited over 27 years ago and it remains as quaint and unique as ever. Is a great oasis to relax and let time pass.

Loft on The South Downs Way, Dogs Welcome

BeccyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The accommodation was beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with quality items, such as a coffee maker, milk frother, multi convection / microwave oven, super comfortable beds, and thick towels. There was even a spotlessly clean dog bed, and dog toys. The hosts were friendly and we felt very comfortable. Oh, and the complementary home baked cookies were absolutely delicious and so welcoming. Thank you Lucy and Billy.

A Writer's Retreat. Beautiful Annex in Meon Valley

AdgeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Writer’s Retreat is exactly that, a real countryside tranquil retreat. The Annex is very comfortable, spacious, beautifully furnished and cared for. Parking is on the premises and very safe. Rachel is very welcoming and the perfect host. And if you can tear yourself away from the delightful morning wildlife show (blue and great tits, a woodpecker and squirrels all feeding outside the big picture window), you are very central to a wide range of visitor attractions and walks. With three pubs in easy walking distance, and restaurants nearby dining out is doddle. Carol and I really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next summer.

Edge of South Downs Nat Park, private Annexe

RachelRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This was our second stay here as we were so impressed the first time. Sarah is the perfect host, leaving us alone yet making sure we're OK too. She really has thought of everything and if there isn't something there that you require, I would imagine she would go out of her way to try and provide it for you. Lovely location if you like rural peace and quiet, which we do. We tried the local pub this time too and we weren't disappointed, lovely pub meals in a cosy, traditional setting. We could not recommend this lovely place enough!
