The apartment was renovated according to ecological renovated from an ecological point of view and has an ingenious indoor climate (clay walls, solid wood floors). It is quietly located and only the sound of the Werra can be heard when the windows are open and lulls you to sleep. From all windows, the apartment offers fantastic views of the Werra/bridge or the old town. The rooms are lovingly furnished. Das Grundstück mit knapp 1. 500 Quadratmeter liegt zu 2 Seiten direkt am Wald und verfügt über einen Ausblick über das gesamte Tal und die umliegende Umgebung. Hier lebt man Natur pur. Das Haus wurde seit Erbauung nur wenige Tage im Jahr als privates Ferienhaus gehobener Klasse genutzt. Die Einrichtung befindet sich daher in einem sehr gutem Zustand

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for a visit to Kassel. It is in the immediate vicinity of large hotels, it is well connected to public transportation and is conveniently located for all visitors who come to Kassel for events in the Auestadion, exhibition halls or ice sports hall. For one to two people certainly also well suited for longer stays, for more guests we would like to point out again that this is a one-room apartment.

You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram.
