The 50 inch TV with Netflix, Disney+, Magenta TV, Amazon Prime as well as our XXL private parking space completes your stay.

If you like peace and quiet, walking or jogging through the nearby forest, this is the place to be. If you prefer to explore the area or the neighboring cities, the A2, A42 and A43 are quickly in the neighboring cities with an amazing amount of culture, lakes and forests. We offer another small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 4 people on the 1st floor of our quiet two-family house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. Up the stairs is a bit steep, there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and grocery stores are also nearby . The surrounding area invites you to excursions into nature.

This stylish accommodation has been tastefully and cozily furnished to give you a feeling of home even on the go. It is a loft room with a size of 46 sqm,a box spring bed(1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as a bathroom en suite & air conditioning for hot days. In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is located in the attic (2nd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

Smoking and animal husbandry inside the apartment is not permitted.

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem bequemen Bettsofa. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen wie Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Kaffee-Maschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich für max. 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern.
