Nestled in the heart of the Pierres Dorées, this fully renovated former wine cellar awaits you for an authentic stay experience combining calm and comfort. As soon as you arrive, the pace slows down. Adjacent to the owners' home, this loft features a cathedral ceiling, exposed beams and stone.

Nous sommes à la fois à la campagne dans un environnement calme, sans vis à vis, et très proche de toutes les commodités. Accès à la Gare de l'Arbresle et à l'A89 en 5 minutes à pied. Le studio 144 idéalement situé offre un accès facile au centre ville. Il est à 15 min à pied de la gare de l’Arbresl, 10 min du Domaine de Tourieux. Le studio 144 est adapté pour 2 voyageurs aussi bien pour une nuit que pour un séjour longue durée. Il est parfaitement équipé pour vous accueillir avec tout le confort nécessaire : cuisine équipée, téléviseur avec Netflix et Molotov, café et thé, fer à repasser, etc. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis. Accès en autonomie avec boîte à clés.

The accommodation is 5 minutes by car from the Pérollière training center (Enedis) The Tinyhouse is located near a country road, you have an outdoor area thanks to its 14m2 terrace with a table and chairs available.
