Beautifully restored 400-year-old cottage, smallest house in Lymington, an ideal cosy retreat for couples complete with a peaceful private garden. Close to the historic coastal town of Lymington and railway station, an ancient seaport with a rich maritime history plus interesting architecture much of which is Georgian and Victorian. Cosy living space, wifi, smart TV, kitchen and bathroom with large shower, bedroom with king size bed. It also includes a lockable undercover storage for two bikes.

The quirky home is set in a secluded quiet country lane with private parking and its own beautiful garden.There is a outside pizza oven /kitchen , a woodfired bath tub(additional £40 info below) fire pit, outdoor furniture. The coastal village of Milford-on-Sea has great restaurants, 10-15 min walk along the road or a leisurely 20 minutes across the fields with views over The Isle of Wight. We provide 2 bikes.Well behaved dogs welcome.

Potters Lodge.

Potters Lodge is in a tranquil setting, in the heart of Everton Village, in the New Forest. The lodge is a self contained unit, alongside the main house, with a private courtyard, & on site parking. It has a well equipped kitchen, full HD 50 inch TV, dining table, various games. The bedroom has a 50" TV, a king sized bed, 100% cotton bedding, ensuite shower & WC. The sofa is also a sofa bed. There is a travel cot, high chair, Zbed available, on request. The Woodburner is decorative only.

Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Once a stable block, the Hayloft was recently converted into a charming maisonette spread across 2 floors. Having retained all its countryside charm thanks to the original wooden features, the HayLoft feels cosy and homely yet is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped given its size.

A delightfully comfortable self contained private annexe. It is light and bright, decorated in a simple fresh style yet retaining the character of the cottage. It is a non smoking accommodation for the comfort of all guests. There is ample off road, safe parking with easy access to the entrance.
