Euch erwarten ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit TV und WLAN, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie eine großzügige Dachterrasse zum Entspannen. The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – but the special charm of the old wooden beams still runs through every room, reminding you of the history of this unique house. Here you can go on a canoe tour, enjoy the tranquillity by the water and unwind with Netflix & Disney+.

Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

The apartment is officially registered and officially approved for short-term rental. This spacious 4.5-room apartment, renovated in the summer of 2021, stretches over 2 floors. It has a large, light-flooded living/dining area, 3 fully equipped bedrooms as well as 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. In just under 15 minutes, you can reach Münster's beautiful city center with the available bicycles (2x) and move as fast as real Münster residents.

Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance. The promenade, the historic town hall and the cathedral square with its legendary market on Wednesdays and Saturdays is only about a 15-minute walk away.
