Monthly Rentals in Everglades Island

This was our 2nd stay at Cozy on Westwood. Everything is just as great as it was the 1st visit. Excellent neighborhood with so much to do and see close by. The house is very clean ,comfy with lovely decor and has all the amenities of home. Love the washer/ dryer. The peaceful backyard and nice grill were also put to use . Elizabeth is definitely a super host. She responded to my(many) inquiries immediately and when I couldn’t find any kitchen towels she ordered some from Amazon and they were delivered within 2 days !! :- ) We had a wonderful week…. I would definitely recommend this home. Perfect for a couple , young or old , or small family . Linda

Brilliant stay at Erol’s place. Building is great, pool, parking etc, even though you’re in a busy part of WPB, it is quiet at night, very safe, amazing to be able to walk through building to Rosemary Square, great vibes all round. Apartment is nice and light, and the beds were insanely comfortable and lovely cotton sheets! Fast wifi. Everything you need for a short or long stay.

I stayed at Matt & Margie's place for a month and a half before finding a permanent apartment in the area. Their place was AMAZING! It is super close to downtown and the beach, so you can really experience the area. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything you can imagine or need, and their place was super clean. Matt & Margie are awesome hosts and always checked on me if I needed any refills even though I was there for so long! They accomodated my later check in and gave me the tips on where to walk by the water for pretty views. Overall, one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had! Thank you Matt & Margie!!!
