Monthly Rentals in Evart

Couldn't have had a better location. My girlfriend and I were looking for a secluded location away from the hectic city. Todd's cabin was the best decision I made on my first Airbnb location. We got exactly what we were looking for. Not only does it come with lots of trails to walk, indoors is a pinball machine and old school record jukebox machine, games to play and even Netflix and chill. Thank you again for the wonderful get away from the city for my 40th birthday.

Out in what I would consider the country, far away from the commotion of the bigger cities to relax, rewind and stargaze but close enough if you need to grab goods or want to do some exploring. No need to worry about bringing anything for the kitchen besides food to cook and maybe spices if you have certain ones you use, fully stocked with anything you could need to cook inside, bbq or even bake(from what I could tell) Heat works great although the bedroom near the bathroom was colder but not an issue since we didn’t need two bedrooms, heated fan in bathroom was a MAJOR plus. Boyfriend was able to catch some bass and pike off the pier, unfortunately didn’t get to take the little trolling boat out but I’m sure we would have had a blast catching more fish. Witnessed a Bald Eagle over the lake from the living room! Highlight of the stay was getting to experience the Auroras and SAR with our naked eyes!!

We love it there. This was our second time in the cabin, and third time on their properties. The place is so warm and inviting. Extremely private, clean, and had everything in the kitchen to cook with. Can’t wait to go back. Melanie was extremely accommodating, and even allowed us another hour to sleep in. 5 Star all day long!!😀

Lovely place, especially since it's a hidden gem. amazing price and so worth it. 1 hour from ludington beach and surrounding areas are state parks and forests. extremely cozy and surprisingly clean. close to shared bathroom with showers access, and pond front with great fishing. you also have a fire pit, picnic table, porch, and access to a canoe and paddleboard if you so wish to take it out on the 2 acre pond. one complaint I have to make is that during our 2 night stay, there was never any hand soap in the bathroom, so be prepared to bring your own. would definitively stay here again.
