Monthly Rentals in Evans City

Lyle was very responsive to all messages leading up to the trip! House was very clean and had some great touches, like snacks, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and fun LED lights in the living room. Rained the night I stayed but there was a nice fire pit, I wish we could have used. Also, loved the book that answered all the questions that might have come up.

Had an absolutely amazing stay. Zachary was so helpful and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and clean. Thank you for a lovely stay and being so responsive. Can't wait to stay there next time.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing, and we throughly enjoyed every second we spent at the Urban Nest. It is by far our favorite property we have ever stayed at in PA. We absolutely loved everything about it, from the convenient location to the overall coziness of the property itself. I think the beautiful kitchen and incredible walk-in shower set-up with the lights and Bluetooth speaker were our favorite features. The location led to us discovering some of our new favorite shops in town that we had never even knew existed before! It also made for quick and easy to travel to both Pittsburgh and the outlets over in Grove City. Shelby was as good of a host as you are going to find, and as long as the Urban Nest is around, we hope it will be our permanent spot in Butler for all of our future trips to PA!

Great fit for a couple that wants to stay outside zielie, 5 mins to downtown by car. Great space for two people, well decorated and clean space. you'll feel at home right away
