My house is located 3 minutes from the Parc des Expositions, 10 minutes from Alès, 15 minutes from Uzés, 20 minutes from Anduze and 30 minutes from Nîmes. This allows you to discover the region. The sea is 1 hour away as well as Lozère. The house includes a large living room with a living room, kitchen and dining room, two spacious bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom, a 20 m2 terrace.

St Jean de CEYRARGUES is a village of character, located between Nîmes (35 min) and Uzès (20 min) and close to Anduze, Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (1 hour). The owners, present occasionally, occupy a private part of the building with a totally independent access.
