We restored the original building over 2 years and then extended it to create a modern, stylish and relaxed home. *10 minutes drive to vineyards and wedding venues. It has a large open plan kitchen, dining, living area with cathedral ceiling creating a welcoming, light filled and airy space. Whether there are 2 guest or max of 10 guests staying, you have the whole house to yourselves. A/C throughout the whole home.

Historic country cottage in Central West NSW

The cottage is located on a sheep and cattle grazing property in the Central West near the small village of Goolma. Built in the 1880s, it is renovated for accommodation and perfect for cyclists and people wanting calm quiet tranquility without the distraction of a tv. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a laundry, a living room with a wood stove and lots of books and a kitchen where guests can cook their own meals. There is no wifi but those who have Telstra phones will be able to be online.

Strictly no parties! The beds are very comfortable with new mattress toppers (05/01/24) !! The king beds can be split into king singles if needed. If an early check in is required I can usually make that work but not always . Sleep ins on your day of check out can usually be arranged!
