Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Die 50 qm große Unterkunft für 2 Personen besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Landhausküche samt Spülmaschine, 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer, sowie einem eigenen Balkon. Zur Ausstattung gehören außerdem Highspeed-WLAN, sowie ein Smart-TV .

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

We rent a cozy 1-room apartment with separate entrance in a quiet village. On request, it is possible to provide an additional single bed. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette incl. a stove and microwave oven. A separate bathroom with shower is available. A connection to the A71 highway, as well as various shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes. Check-in time after consultation.
