This family accommodation is ideally located on the Grande Rue de Dieppe, at the foot of shops and the market. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 7 people. There's also a semi-private inner courtyard for outdoor dining and a patio. Books and games available. The end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. Sheets, tea towels, hand towels are not provided On the 1st floor, at the back of the courtyard, this home is very quiet. It is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

There's a garden / yard to the front of the house which is sun drenched all day during the summer months, an added extension to the living space.

The "House" is 5 km from Mers-les-Bains and, Le Tréport and Eu Fall in love with the beauty of the surroundings, the beach, the cliffs with the iconic funicular, then by a small detour to the Bay of Somme, with its railway and end with the esplanade of Mers-les-Bains with its magnificent villas. The area is full of activities to do in or by the water, as well as its many walking paths. You will have the pleasure of being able to reach the sea by bike

On the ground floor is the living/dining room with the sofa bed, in the continuity you access the laundry room, toilet and kitchen. From the ground floor you can access the outside (terrace and garden). Upstairs: the landing room and the bedroom with double bed.
