Lieu d’exception unique a conservé tout son charme authenticité des matériaux anciens (silex, craie, brique) et rénovation de grande qualité.Vélos acceptés. Située près du Casino et de la plage, la maison est préservée des nuisances sonores (cour à l’avant). Si vous êtes plus nombreux il existe une chambre spacieuse sous les toits pour 2+1 personnes avec sa salle de bain privative (autre annonce airbnb).

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.

Charming house 120 m2 5 min to beach + garden terrace

Nice house with lots of comfort and tastefully decorated. You can easily walk to restaurants on the harbor. You will also find shops, the casino, the media cinema and swimming pool. The beach is a 5-minute walk. Mers-les-Bains is a 15-minute walk via the walkways. Also the Baie de Somme is 15 kilometers away. A little further away Rouen, Amiens, Le Touquet etc...
