You will be in a quiet area while being close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets and local shops. The public transport necessary to move in Brussels is at 100m. Close to the Avenue Louise, the Grand-Place and the city center.

Near Place du Chatelain, known for its market and aperitifs in summer. 20 min walk from the Bois de la Cambre park and 10 min from the city center and cinemas. The apartment is also a 10-minute walk from the European Commission.

Very calm and quiet house of 4 apartments, carefully renovated by myself, located between Louise/Parvis/Loix. I am the owner (french and English speaking) and I live on the ground floor. No party in the building. For one or two intimate people, non-smoking, without animals and, above all, very quiet like the house. Ideal for intellectual profession. If you enjoy nightlife and if you plan to come home late, please book another location.
