Florent's accommodation was perfect for our stay with 3 children. It was clean, tidy... great sea view from the bedroom and living room. Simple, effective... go there without risk thank you to Florent who was responsive.

Very good stay in this nice studio close to the port, market. Very well equipped with the essentials, sheets, towels and cleaning products. Very good value for money, flexible and autonomous arrival.

Thank you for the stay (: the place is beautiful waking up to the beach was a dream in the morning, great bars around (cabana del Tio) was such a yummy and friendly place! House was clean, the only thing is we only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people and 4 nights so we had to buy more but apart from that this is a magical place and we will be coming back 😊

We loved our stay in this studio offered by Marie. Senay who takes care of the apartment is very kind and flexible for arrivals and departures. Impeccable household, ideal location, very nice view. Lots of equipment. The air conditioning works very well. The only small negative point is the mattress, we start to feel the springs but it doesn't stop us from sleeping. Otherwise I recommend this Airbnb 100% and we will be back!

2nd stay in this small apartment facing the sea! always spotless and the view is always beautiful! Philippe and Corinne's instructions are very clear for self check-in. Kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable. Its strong point is its location: beachfront , restaurants and any nearby trade.

Just perfect... we were looking for something with a wonderful view, easy and secure parking and quiet. And Stephanie was just great in helping us get settled, and her initial instructions proved perfect!

Our hosts provided a very clean, appointed seaside themed, beautiful view, comforts from home apartment. Comprehensive instruction welcome package and a very proactive response time when questions were asked. It is one of the reasons we would visit Gruissan again! We spent a week at Muriel's place and it was wonderful! Its ocean views are incredible and the environment is super quiet. Muriel's house is super-equipped for whatever you might need (we like to cook and we had everything!!) We found everything perfectly clean! Muriel was super kind for whatever we might need. Small traditional house in old Gruissan. As suggested by Marjorie, we took the small table out into the street to eat outside. Marjorie was very flexible with our departure schedule which we really appreciated. I recommend this property.

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Very nice little house with direct access to Grazel beach. The house is very well thought out and very well organised. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Géraldine is very welcoming, responsive and smiling. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!

We were a party of three who recently had a most enjoyable holiday in Karlolina's house. The house has been beautifully renovated and has a lovely garden. The village is charming- it was very quiet in early May but I'm sure it is much busier in the height of summer. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, including Carcassonne (very busy) and a handful of the many Cathar castles in the region. Our tour and tasting at the local vinegar producer was very interesting.

Apartment in accordance with the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!
