Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Estoril

We just finished a fabulous five night stay and highly recommend. Gui greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home. It is a historic home so there are some quirks, though nothing crazy. The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 (ages 12-70). The location absolutely cannot be beat - we never walked more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go which was much appreciated at the end of the night! There is noise as the home is centrally located but that is a worthwhile trade off for the location. Washer (line dry) worked well and there were umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc for the beach. We did not cook at the house so cannot provide a review but kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There is only AC in two of the rooms but there are shutters that help keep the heat of the day out and there were two fans available as well. Especially for the price and location, this is a great home for a large group.

Bruno and Rita we're wonderful hosts and the Airbnb was charming, spacious, clean, and very close to the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. And you can see the ocean from multiple rooms which really makes a beach vacation compete.

We really enjoyed our stay in Parede and Cris gave us some good tips on where to eat some good local food and seafood. She also told us where to do the groceries shopping and was always responsive. She’s a great communicator and we never felt lost or not knowing what to do. The apartment was quiet and comfortable and we felt like at home very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to be outside the big city and still be able to enjoy a beautiful coastal area that has a lot to offer.

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

Duarte was a communicative, responsive and helpful host - we really appreciated this as there's only so much you can research online. The location of Casa da Encosta is magical, the fact you can't park outside makes it all the more special with no immediate road noise. The small terraced garden which surrounds the house is totally charming, offering plenty of little places to separate yourself from others should you wish and read a book or enjoy the view. Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the renovation executed thoughtfully. The feeling of being inside a jewelled box comes to mind. Yet it feels like someone's home and you feel welcome in it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a remarkable region of Portugal. Thank you.

We had a great time at David’s place with our 2 kids. The beach house is only a few footsteps away from a long and beautiful beach and it provides all the required amenities. Special mention to David who, in addition to being extremely friendly, provided great recommendations and was always available to ensure our stay was good. Thank you and see you next time!

The place was just as described. Very beautiful view and a short 15 minute walk to the water. Maria was very helpful and accommodating. A great place to stay in Cascais.

The apartment was beautifully maintained, with a standout view from the balcony that truly justified the price. The host was exceptionally responsive and provided clear instructions and thoughtful local recommendations, which made the stay all the more seamless and enjoyable!

We spent a few days in Nathy's apartment which has a beautiful view of the ocean. The accommodation is impeccable and very well decorated . Nathy welcomed us very well on arrival and gave us all the necessary information to allow us to have a good stay. And also, we had a basket filled with sweets, wine, bread and other items. I recommend this very well located and exceptional accommodation with this magnificent view of the sea and 5 minutes' walk to the beach.

the place is cozy, the studio is well arranged and comfortable. Very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with excellent shower and very good bedroom The host Pedro was very helpful and always available for all information. I want to congratulate the host Pedro for his receptivity.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, aesthetic and well equipped. We felt very welcomed by the gift and the responsiveness of the hosts :) The bed is comfy and the balcony and view stunning, everything as in the pictures. The neighborhood is so nice as well, nice cafes, bars, people, etc. It’s more out the crowded areas which we loved. We would love to return to this place someday. Thank you 🫶

Catherine was so helpful and did everything she could to ensure we had a fantastic holiday. We were able to check in early and when she met us she gave us lots of useful tips. The apartment is fantastic, beautifully decorated and has so many little extras such as beach chairs, umbrella and towels. We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. The home was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive. Bruno sent many personalized recommendations based on our interests. Having the pool was incredible after long day of sight seeing. Private, quiet, but also steps away from great restaurants and landmarks. Don’t hesitate to book!

A cosy little apartment in a great area of Lisbon. The apartment has everything you need, including a balcony with a beautiful view. The neighbourhood is peaceful, lots of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. The only downside is getting up and down the stairs to the top floor of the building, especially with shopping or luggage (great cardio though!)

The real star of the show was the garden patio. It was like stepping into a secret oasis in the heart of the city. Lush greenery and the peaceful sounds of birds made it the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or a quiet glass of wine under the stars.

Extremely nice apartment and well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Location was 5 minute walk to grocery store and 2 bus stations within 1 minute walk. Balcony was wonderful to enjoy morning and evening. If you enjoy walking, closest beach is 10 minutes away. Thank you for sharing your home. Would book again if i make a return trip!

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

A Perfect Stay! We had a great week at the apartment, everything was just right. It’s perfectly located for exploring the local area, and the terrace is absolutely stunning, our favourite spot to relax! The place was spotless throughout and incredibly well-equipped, from kitchen spices to a hair dryer. The host was friendly, helpful, and always quick to communicate. Loved this place in the heart of Alfama. Walkable, easy to get to anywhere, including right by the Santa Apolina train station. Felt like a local with celebrating the feast of St. Anthony with the entire neighborhood. The place is very clean, with a great bathroom/shower! I would seriously stay here again!!!
