We provide fast high-speed reliable internet, TVs with many streaming options, a fully functional kitchen, a private washer/dryer, access to a hot tub, and a propane firepit in the shared backyard.

The house is located with short access to i70 which makes it an easy hour+ drive to the slopes. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.
