We really enjoyed our stay! It was as described in the listing and the house was more spacious as I had imagined it. We were even gifted a bottle of rum! My point of contact was Delano, and he was very kind, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Anytime I had questions, Amanda and her team would respond promptly. I even asked if it was possible if we could have an extra chair for the dining table, and they were able to bring us one. There was also this moment in which the drain pipe for the washer came out of place and water went all over the floor. I messaged them, and Delano and a handyman came over quickly and cleaned up all the spilled water and fixed the drain issue. Amanda and her team are very proactive in making you feel right at home, confortable, and we'll taken care of. We would definitely stay at Amanda's place again next time we visit St. Thomas 😁

This Airbnb is amazing - location is perfect, the view of the ocean and boats is just as fantastic as you see on the pictures. We enjoyed coffee on the private porch overlooking the ocean every morning and listened to the waves at night before going to bed. The resort is quiet. The space feels brand new! Very clean and has everything you may need. Xaverie provides great local info and recommendations. We loved Lanai restaurant, Ocean 180 restaurant. Took a snorkeling trip on Stormy Pirates boats - highly recommend Christmas cove - lots of turtles and fish there. Xaverie was always very quick to answer any questions. Wonderful host, highly recommend to any visitor to the beautiful St Thomas! From the cons - parking spaces everywhere are tight, hills are steep and some drivers are unruly (we got cut off and hit/run). Make sure you get car insurance!

We had a great stay here! Kitchen was fully equipped and clean. The view is wonderful - the third floor balcony overlooks a rocky beach and a beautiful view of the water. The pools were all really nice, and the property was beautiful. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and we ended up sleeping on it the pull out couch mostly, mostly because we’re TV dependents for sleeping and there is not a bedroom television. Driving through the villas is a bit of a wild ride but we got the hang of it real quick - the assigned parking lot is small so it took a few times. Overall a great experience with no real complaints at all.
