My family and I, a total group of 9, decided to make a small stop in Paris for one night, so this location was perfect for us with a nearby station, which brought us closer to the central area of Paris. I want to thank Duc Lam's for making it possible to store our equipment until the moment of our departure while we finished getting to know the city. We booked the space for the entire family for my cousin's wedding. Olivier was flexible when I informed him that the father of the groom needed to be added to the guest list. There were instruction guides to all the amenities and Olivier even came at 10 pm one night to assist with the use of the electronic stove. The property is very photo friendly. My whole family wants to return to France in the near future and they definitely want to stay at Olivier's house again!

Short stay (1 night after a wedding) but we really appreciated the location, design and setting of this accommodation. We will return to enjoy this relaxing setting for longer.

We had a lovely stay at Sophie’s place. She was excellent with communicating with us prior to our arrival. She welcomed us right at our arrival and showed us the cottage. We felt right at home and the house and property is beautiful. I highly recommend their place.

Florence was lovely throughout the stay. We had a great time and the whole family loved it! The many activities on site, the good restaurant and its lovely and cheerful staff. Happy to return to our very quiet little cocoon in the evening. Thank you so much Florence for these 4 days of joy 🙏❤️

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

There is a large garden at the entrance. The house is very clean. Tomorrow I didn't enjoy the jacuzzi. I recommend it. It's an impeccable place.

Well decorated and clean accommodation. Impeccable bedding, the four of us slept well in the accommodation. Beware of small sizes, the bowls are in the top cupboard, I had to call on my son 1.70 m...😅 and if you put the car in the garage don't forget to take it out before your departure because you need the remote control to open the gate from the inside. Otherwise pleasant stay.

The accommodation was well located, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The photos perfectly matched the reality, and everything was clean when we arrived. The bedding was comfortable, and the equipment was as described. We especially appreciated the size of the living room . The accommodation is well spaced and allowed our child to have fun . The view from the , the proximity to shops and especially the responsiveness of the host . I will not hesitate to return for a second soon. Exceptional!! The apartment is as described, spacious and very bright, with very good amenities. The decoration is neat and the whole place is impeccable. The bedding is comfortable and all living spaces are pleasantly furnished. Denis is also a friendly, discreet and attentive host. The terrace and private parking complete this magical place. We highly recommend the owner and their accommodation.
