My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. Safe parking is available. Good connections to bus, S-Bahn and airport. The apartment has a separate entrance to the main house. Directly connected to the apartment is a large wooden terrace with lounge.

Our apartment is located on the edge of the small town of Esslingen and was completed in 2017. It includes one double bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen with living/ dining area, as well as a small terrace. By public bus they are in 5 minutes in Esslingen. From there, the city of Stuttgart, Stuttgart Airport, and Messe Stuttgart are easy.

The completely newly renovated attic apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential area of Esslingen. It is about 10 minutes walk to the historic old town. There is a bakery in the neighboring house, opposite there is a magazine shop and a gas station is also not far.
