The bedroom and a spacious bathroom with large shower in the attic. The couch in the living room can be converted to a double bed. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary items of daily use. Very central location, shopping within 500 m, the center of Kelheim is about 1.5 km away.

Good parking at the house. 12 kilometers from the A 9 exit Allersberg. To Rothsee 12 Km RMD canal 4.5 Km Good shopping facilities 600 meters away (bakery, butcher, supermarkets). Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.

Apartment in Nittendorf

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

Vacation home on the blue water (Essing)

We offer you a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). A washing machine is also available. The house has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, one of which also has a sofa bed. The third has two single beds. Each room also has a wardrobe. Depending on which room you wake up in, you will see the rocks or the water :)
