The Spa Studio is the perfect retreat for couples or close friends seeking a luxurious and peaceful getaway - an adults-only haven where you can unwind, recharge, and indulge. You will have full private use (pre-booking required) of a fully-equipped wellness center and hydropool (2 hr private session included for each night of your stay). Situated in Peldon village, recently named as "the village of the year", 4 miles away from the beach where you can take nice long walks along the coastline.

This is a lush penthouse in the Quant Building and a lovely home for me and my son, so please do not expect those airbnb types with no life in them! My stuff is in it. So expect a fully equipped kitchen but also a place where you will share my space during your stay.

Bathroom consists of a shower & WC, there is an addition with a beautiful relaxing Sauna, Views through the large bi fold doors of the rolling Essex countryside with the most spectacular sunsets on the horizon. You can enjoy an evening firepit or breakfast on the patio.

Beautiful family house 5min from central line

Our house is a warm, welcoming & spacious family home. We have just finished refurbishment / extension and we are really proud of the space we have created. Conveniently located, you are 4-5 minutes away from tube (central line), overground and any shops you’d need. The area and street is quiet, with large park (Wanstead Flats, part of Epping forest) at the end of the street. We have a very friendly cat, who would need to be fed during our absence, with the occasional cuddle.

Iron Pear Tree farm has been family run for three generations. Restoring the unused farm buildings has been a labour of love for us, and we wanted to make sure that we provided unique accommodation whilst maintaining the history of the buildings. The farm is a working one, so guest will be able to relax and enjoy the country setting, as well as get to know our animals. Views out across the farm provide the perfect backdrop for a country get-away whatever the season.

This flat is located the 1st floor of Dulke House. Bathroom, kitchen and bedroom utilities will be included during your stay! Perks: In the development, the resident can enjoy 24 hr concierge service and security, beautiful indoor swimming pool overlooking the Thames, private picture house, lounge area, private gym with classes and PT services, private cinema etc. For access to everything it will be £60 one time fee (3 month stay minimum for access)

Quiet, self-contained cottage in Epping

Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
