The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

Au rez-de-chaussée d'une bâtisse du XVe siècle classée monument historique, ce 2 pièces de 36 m2 entièrement rénové peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 voyageurs. Si vous aimez le charme de l’ancien, ce lieu est fait pour vous. À 100m de l’abbaye aux dames, dans une petite rue calme, l'hypercentre est à moins de 10 mn à pied : quartier du Vaugueux, port, château, ... Le stationnement est gratuit dans le quartier. Nous habitons à côté et pourrons facilement vous venir en aide si besoin.

The accommodation consists of a room with an equipped kitchenette and a sleeping area with a pull-out bed. A large covered jacuzzi to enjoy in all weather, an outdoor shower and a hidden sauna near the stream. A large terrace with fire pit/bbq overlooks the pond where you can take a boat ride. 45 minutes from the landing beaches.
