The Terrier

Enjoy a 60 m2 home for 2 people in the town center at the foot of the Château de Mercuès, less than 10 minutes from Cahors. Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' Quercy-style house. Large garden shared with the owners, their 2 children and their dog. Close to the main street of the village, amenities are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, press, hairdressers, hiking trails, Lot Valley greenway...

It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no cars pass by at all) There is a 30m2 enclosed kennel.
