I lived in this apartment - I was absolutely delighted! The apartment is absolutely new, everything is very clean, neat, you can see that it is done with love. The interior is just super - modern, stylish, but at the same time very cozy. It's nice to be here, you feel at home from the first minutes. Everything you need is there, nothing extra. I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is very cosy and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Astana. Nearby there are lots of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and the location isn’t far from the centre. The host is very responsive and kind, and the price is very reasonable compared to other places on Airbnb. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Astana.

In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.

This was a great place for our stay, as I needed to work with ministries that were located within walking distance. The building is close to the center of the city, a good mall is a 15min walk away, a large supermarket is 5 minutes away, there are 4 small shops in the building where you can buy most of what you may need, there are 3 delivery service points in the building (WildBerries, Ozon, Kaspi) for anything you want to order online. Apartment had everything we needed, including laundry detergent, all cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, etc. The A/C is only in the living room and it works great, but there isn't one in the bedroom and it gets quite hot in the summer. If you keep the windows closed and run the A/C on high it will cool all rooms off eventually. The mattress in the bedroom, in my opinion, requires replacement, as it is pretty soft. I found it tough to sleep on, but it could just be me. Overall, an awesome place and we will be back next year! Thank you, Lyailya!

It was my second stay in a year, and it was still the best apartment! It was within walking distance of the mall, there were several bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around, and there were many mini-markets and cafes right next to the accommodation, making it very convenient. The room was very clean, warm, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The self-check-in method is also very easy to understand and simple. They were very kind and a lovely host! I highly recommend Гульмира's accommodation. The accommodation matched the description, was clean and was in a beautiful and modern environment. Slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and even canisters of drinking water were provided to us in the apartment. Гульмира was always easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. She gave us a very detailed and helpful description of how to get into the apartment and even let us check in a little earlier. We would book the place again anytime!

The apartment is light, cozy and comfortable for two. The kitchen had all the essentials for self-cooking. Comfortable sleeping place. There are many grocery stores and cafes within the walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and always available :)

Everything was wonderful. The photos correspond to reality, a very pleasant and spacious apartment. Impressed by a large comfy sofa (it's just huge). The hostess is kind and responsive, was always in touch and immediately helped to resolve any issues that arose! I recommend this place!

The host met us during a check-in, helped to get comfortable in the house, which is good. The flat is nice and quiet with lots of sofas, great place to relax and chill. Big market is close and lot of places where to eat by the way a kitchen has everything for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time! My stay was perfect. Eduard was an extremely caring, punctual and helpful host. The check-in process was fast and smooth, the apartment was clean and exactly as advertised, even better. I had a truly relaxing stay, especially thanks to the quiet environment, aesthetic architecture and modern design that receives daylight. Eduard is both a professional and a kind host. He responded quickly to all my questions and did not hesitate to offer support when I needed it. It made me feel safe and comfortable. Wonderful, clean and bright apartment! There is a self check-in option, but we were still met by the host at check-in and helped us check in. A few days before check-in, the host sent detailed instructions, as well as information on how to get from the airport, which taxi you need to call. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had, was always available and we were calm. The apartment has everything you need - dishes, towels, internet. A very beautiful view of the city from the window! The apartment is in the center, close to shops, museum, restaurants. We were very satisfied with our choice, this apartment was much better than any hotel!!

The apartment is within walking distance of the shopping center, which I needed. So there are no disadvantages for me. Everything was enough.
