Valerie is an excellent host. We got a neatly maintained apartment. All the facilities were available including powder of washing machine and dishwasher. She helped us to book a show in Astana Opera too. Location is perfect and in the central location. This is the best apartment of airbnb we had experienced till date. We enjoyed it a lot. One must experience this.

I highly recommend it.

In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.

I highly recommend Гульмира's accommodation. The accommodation matched the description, was clean and was in a beautiful and modern environment. Slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and even canisters of drinking water were provided to us in the apartment. Гульмира was always easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. She gave us a very detailed and helpful description of how to get into the apartment and even let us check in a little earlier. We would book the place again anytime!

The location is great, right in the middle of everything and very walkable. In addition, the building has some good shops right downstairs so it's very convenient, we would stop for fruit or snacks almost every day. The unit has a kitchen and a nice fridge, so we bought groceries at the nearby Asia Park too. The host was very accommodating, we would stay with them again, thanks!

I rented this apartment for my mom (70) when she was traveling to get an American visa. It was very important that the embassy was in a walking distance. The apartment was perfect. I want to note Assel separately. She immediately answered all questions, and directly contacted my mother to calm her down ( since my mother had a lot of excitement about the trip, check-in, etc.). Assel helped coordinate her mother with the driver who met her at the airport. Thank you so much Assel! Mom was very satisfied :)

The apartment is light, cozy and comfortable for two. The kitchen had all the essentials for self-cooking. Comfortable sleeping place. There are many grocery stores and cafes within the walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and always available :)

Everything was wonderful. The photos correspond to reality, a very pleasant and spacious apartment. Impressed by a large comfy sofa (it's just huge). The hostess is kind and responsive, was always in touch and immediately helped to resolve any issues that arose! I recommend this place!

The host met us during a check-in, helped to get comfortable in the house, which is good. The flat is nice and quiet with lots of sofas, great place to relax and chill. Big market is close and lot of places where to eat by the way a kitchen has everything for cooking.

I had an amazing stay at Azamat's Airbnb. From the very first time, Azamat and Aknur have been very friendly and helpful. Same way as I liked the mood and communication, I very liked the apartment itself. Looks like on the picture, very lovely cozy Airbnb. Perfect for rest, great to work remotely. Big smart-enabled TV with clear picture, stable internet connection, and fully equipped kitchen made this stay very smooth. I liked how two big windows can make the room very bright when it's needed. In the evening, you will find a lot of light switches allowing you setup the ambiance of the place as per your mood. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone looking for cozy space and restful time! Wonderful, clean and bright apartment! There is a self check-in option, but we were still met by the host at check-in and helped us check in. A few days before check-in, the host sent detailed instructions, as well as information on how to get from the airport, which taxi you need to call. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had, was always available and we were calm. The apartment has everything you need - dishes, towels, internet. A very beautiful view of the city from the window! The apartment is in the center, close to shops, museum, restaurants. We were very satisfied with our choice, this apartment was much better than any hotel!!

The apartment is within walking distance of the shopping center, which I needed. So there are no disadvantages for me. Everything was enough.

Thank you for your comfortable communication, check-in and cozy apartment. I traveled alone, but I travel with children more often and we would be comfortable here. Warm, tight curtains, everything you need for cooking, clean bathroom with hot water. Among the features - a tired mattress and I slept diagonally (but then the hostess said that a new one is already waiting for it to be replaced), and children are regularly heard behind the wall. I didn't mind. As far as I understand, according to communication with colleagues from Astana - such audibility in all new buildings. Closed courtyard, safe and peaceful. Nearby shops, coffee shops. Botanical Garden is a 10-minute walk, Mega Silkway is 20 minutes away. Walking was comfortable and everything seemed to be nearby.
