The apartment is practical and furnished with a lot of love. The cosy living ambience as well as the very tastefully furnished and super well-kept courtyard with outdoor kitchen are transformed into an oasis of well-being by the quiet location. In addition, Robert's mum is an absolutely lovely lady who surprised us with delicious cakes. The restaurant with a beer garden nearby is also worth a visit. Everything was great for us.

We had booked the place for a JGA with 13 people and were totally thrilled. The pictures don't even come across in the beginning, we are huge the house and also the garden. We had more than enough space to eat, get together and sleep. Since we had a chef in the group with us, the industrial kitchen could be used optimally. Again, there was no lack of amenities and cleanliness. The area offers enough opportunities for nice day trips and also a Rewe can be reached by car in 2 minutes. It was an all-round successful weekend, absolutely recommended!

We had a great place to stay at cottage Toni! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the magnificent backdrop and sunset in the garden while grilling and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Christian was a great host and we had a great time at the house. Communication went smoothly and the house is really well equipped.

For our large group, this was the perfect place to stay. We especially liked the large kitchen and the living room overlooking the garden.

We stayed at Tobias' house for 5 days and it was really great. He always responded very quickly and in detail and responded to every request/question. The pool was great, the accommodation is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating and we were able to charge our electric car without any problems - these were our highlights! Another important thing: the pool is not visible from the outside! You are completely undisturbed there, sometimes the neighbor's cat even comes by :) We will most likely come back again, all in all it was a great stay.

We have now been to Gregor's for the third time. We always like it very much. The pool is always the highlight for the kids.

Fantastically beautifully decorated old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to occupy yourself (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, etc.). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Six of you could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg welcomed us warmly and showed us everything we needed to know, but it is also possible to check in flexibly via a key safe. We would absolutely recommend the place!

We had a few very relaxing days in this cozy house! It was just perfect for our little family trip – all to ourselves, surrounded by nature and pleasant tranquility. Inside, everything is lovingly furnished, it immediately looks inviting and homely. We particularly liked the terrace and the flowery garden - in the morning with coffee in the countryside, in the evening with a view of the setting sun. The equipment in kitchen appliances, etc. was also great. We were also very nicely received by Richard personally, who also gave us a few excursion tips.😊 We'll be back!

We liked it very much, the house is very cozy, spacious and beautifully renovated. The garden is great and our children and we felt very comfortable! We will be happy to come back sometime!

We had a very nice short break with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the surrounding area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city centre of Erlangen can be reached quickly and easily from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short journey). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also well worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with lots of natural wood furniture. A nice change is Gustav the gander, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you would like. There is a good restaurant in the village and in the surrounding villages you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

Ida was very hospitable and the communication was easy with her. Both the check-in and check-out went smoothly. The Airbnb offered exactly what was promised, I’d be happy to stay here again!

We stayed 4 nights at Jens's. Everything was very straightforward and the apartment was very practical for three families because there is a lot of space. Grilling also went very well. All in all a nice time!

We met on the occasion of our annual family reunion in Gefrees and were accommodated in the refuge and loft. Highlights were the large garden with a self-made playground for the children, toys with billiards and table tennis and enough seating to relax. You didn't notice anything from the adjacent main street and supermarket parking lot. Everyone was thrilled with the accommodation and the possibilities. For me personally, the best accommodation I've been to so far. Perfect for family reunions, short breaks with larger groups but I can also imagine the place very well as a venue for a wedding, if you can book all accommodations over the weekend. There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

Highly furnished accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired. Juliane provided us with information very well and was always easily accessible.

We had a wonderful family weekend with 6 adults and 4 children in the house. We liked the house very much in terms of the layout and furnishings. Everything we needed was there - especially 2 large tables in the living room and on the terrace where we could eat together. Really well suited for larger groups. We also liked the proximity to the forest, the natural lake and the park with beautiful play facilities for young and old. We highly recommend the place.

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cosy garden to play, explore and be creative. A table tennis table and a foosball table provided additional fun for young and old. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!
