The newly renovated, small apartment, located in a quiet backyard, was beautifully furnished by Jean-Baptist and offers all comforts. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful city of Toulouse. Jean-Baptiste is a very friendly and communicative host. He takes a lot of time to explain things and gives great tips for exploring the city. I can recommend this address without reservation.

Very well equipped house within walking distance of downtown Toulouse (10-minute walk from Place du Capitole). Also very convenient from the airport as the airport bus stops right in front. Very clean accommodation and super helpful host. Absolutely recommended.

We had a great time in our stay! Sylvain's accommodation is very well located, practical and cosy with a lot of charm for a nice romantic weekend! Access was super simple and clear. The plus of towels and hygiene products to lighten the luggage was great! We will go back to Sylvain for our next Toulouse weekends!

There were 14 of us, 5 children, and we had a wonderful family time. I confirm that David is a great Host (welcome, departure, fluidity and friendliness of exchanges). We absolutely loved our stay! We went on a girls trip & with a toddler, we found it to be an amazing location as it was so peaceful and calm. It was very safe, the pool has an alarm to monitor if someone falls in the pool so we felt comfortable having our toddler around the pool under supervision! The amenities were absolutely amazing, we had a barbecue & a pool which was great. The weather was nice so that was also a plus but there are heaters in the rooms and all across the house which we could turn on at night when it started to get colder. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we 1000% recommend others to stay here, from the communication from the host to the house in itself and the lovely amenities & our safety we absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to spend time in Toulouse.

We had a great few days stay at Violette and Gerrard’s lovely home. The property is cosy and private, and surrounded by beautiful views. With a car, so many boulangeries, shops and restaurants are within a 15 minute drive which is really handy, and it is ideally located to visit Toulouse and Carcassonne. The pool is a great size and there were plenty of seats and sun loungers. We also loved meeting Tot (the dog!)

We had a pleasant stay. Everything is there and made to have a good time relaxing, playing and getting together. Thomas and Audrey are super hosts who are warm and very friendly. We would recommend it in a second.

Frédéric and Alain gave us a great welcome, very available and very friendly. Excellent stay, the house is beautiful, both inside and out. Beautiful kitchen with all the utensils you need. Sparkling The pool was a must 😎 Close to amenities (bakery, express crossroads, pharmacy...) Beautiful walks near the Canal du Midi. 20-30 min from the Capitol. Presence of very nice and cuddly cats We will come again!!!

If you wish to get the most of your visit to Toulouse, stay at David’s place. It is near every important site and excursion meeting point! The place is comfortable and has both restaurants and grocery stores very near. David is a great host: very responsive and understanding. I recommend!

We had a lovely time in Toulouse and very much enjoyed staying in Jean-Marc's appartment. It was very clean and modern with views across the city. The city centre is easy to get to by cycling or walking. Jean-Marc was very friendly and happy to help if we needed anything. The bakery outside was also very good.

Amazing home. Very well appointed with anything you may need. Right in the center of the city, with a bakery 2 minutes away, excellent restaurants and walking distance to the river, the museums and historical features. At the same time. It is located in a quiet courtyard where the noise from the street is not heard. It is very well decorated with art works and tons of books to peruse. Highly recommended. My husband and I stayed there for a week in May with our grown up grandson and we all had a fabulous time Thank you Maryvonne.

It's a very quiet place, it has all the basics, it's close to tram and bus stations. Close to shops and a little further to a carrefour. It's not far from the center by tram or far from the airport, everything is very good
