It is rented as a whole house and is suitable for guests looking for peace, privacy and a stay in nature. You will not find the hustle and bustle of the city or the neighbouring houses - the place is ideal for a slow pace, relaxation and quiet. The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and offers the possibility of excursions around the Czech Uplands.

The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Our apartment "Hanoi" is 50 square meters and consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a living-sleeping area. Nabízíme Vám krásnou chatu v naprostém soukromí obklopenou přírodou. Chata se nachází v Malých Kyšicích s velkou zahradou, potůčkem lemujícím zahradu a saunou. Ubytovat se může až 7 osob. První ložnice se nachází v přízemí kde je prostorné dvojlůžko. Zde se též nachází obývací prostor a jídelna. Na kožené sedačce se vyspí jedna osoba.Kuchyň je plně vybavena včetně myčky a veliké lednice s mrazákem.V horním patře se nachází druhá ložnice s dvojlůžkem a dvěma samostatnými postelemi.

Modern apartment in the old town of Meissen

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the essentials make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.
