The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

První ložnice se nachází v přízemí kde je prostorné dvojlůžko. Zde se též nachází obývací prostor a jídelna. Na kožené sedačce se vyspí jedna osoba.Kuchyň je plně vybavena včetně myčky a veliké lednice s mrazákem.V horním patře se nachází druhá ložnice s dvojlůžkem a dvěma samostatnými postelemi.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

A staircase leads to the slightly lower sleeping loft with two more single beds.
