Distance from parking 30 m. altitude and 80 m. walking distance. You just have to climb the hill:) You can bring drinking water from a clean well, also 80 m below the hut. Electricity is limited - solar panel. There is a boat on the river (Sharka) paddles are inside the cottage. The fireplace is in front of the cottage. The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.
