'Haus am Wald' is a newly renovated old farmhouse. Surrounded by forests and meadows it offers pure relaxation without any traffic noise. Wake up by the birds singing in the morning and watch the deer roaming through the forest. Shopping is available Lippborg (3 km) with supermarket, bakeries and several shops. Situated 4 km from autobahn A2 it is very easy to get here. The house offers 100 m² of living space with family room, 2 bedrooms, 1,5 bathrooms, dining room and a kitchen.

The city of Soest is 6 km away and can be reached by bus and train. The Möhnetalsperre can be explored by bike.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

Vacation home in Lippstadt-City

Very central downtown location and yet in a quiet cul-de-sac. The apartment is very bright and spacious with balcony and parking space as well as bedroom with TV. A Tassimo coffee machine with capsules is available. 2-4 minute walk to the city or the green corner. Also about 350 m to the company Hella and about 500 m to the train station. A separate crib is not provided. But there is a high chair. Booking possible from 2 nights.

The Soest All Saints' Day fair and the beautiful Christmas market are popular destinations, but also various sights as well as nearby Lake Möhnesee offer the possibility of varied activities. We prefer a friendly and uncomplicated coexistence.
