South-facing basement apartment with private entrance and private garden. In a scenic location, without traffic but only 2 minutes to the bus. 12-minute walk to the Goetheanum. Parking is available on the street. The bedroom is very spacious. The TV only has smart TV via the Internet. The kitchen is well equipped but the faucet in the kitchen only has cold water. Hot water is available in the bathroom which is right next to the kitchen. The popular bed is 180 x 220 cm in addition to 2 single beds.

This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear it, from midnight it doesn't ring anymore. The apartment is very nice, large ,clean, bright and newly furnished. The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.
