Monthly Rentals in Erma, Lower Township

This was our second weekend stay for our small book club of 5 women and 2 dogs at Bill’s home and it was just as wonderful as the first. Their home is beautiful, and was exactly as described in the listing— there were noticeable decor upgrades even from last year that enhanced an already stunning home. We had snow during our weekend stay (which really made for a cozy book club weekend vibe) and they graciously salted (with dog friendly salt!) for us, which was so kind. We were gifted really generous treats, and were given many helpful local recommendations. There is a reason this is our second stay! We are looking forward to returning for our third annual book club weekend next year!

Jack’s airbnb was super clean, very attractively decorated , very comfortable furniture and beds, an absolutely amazing walk-in shower upstairs. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The Airbnb had everything you would need. It is about a 13 minute drive to everything :the beach, restaurants shopping anything you can think of. It is a perfect location. Christine was extremely responsive and proactive contacting us. I cannot highly recommend this Airbnb enough.

Beautiful and clean home that is extremely close to everything you’d like to do in Cape May! Ellen responds quickly to any questions you may have. We had a great weekend!

Just returned from my 6th stay at Erica’s condo. Most of the units are owner occupied with only a few rentals. It’s perfect for those looking for a chill relaxing environment. Just a few blocks to the beach, Centennial Park (has live music series!), and Sunrise Park. Erica is an awesome host, the condo is perfect and well maintained. We’re already booked again for next year!
