Monthly Rentals in Erlangen

The apartment was very spacious and much better than in the photos. It had a complete kitchen, many beds a huge bathroom with a washer machine that is a great differential, everything was clean and in order. Our flight had a delay of 6 hours late and we were unable to arrive at check-in time, but Sophia was very understanding and gave us ease of entry. The neighborhood is super quiet with a market and many restaurants nearby with great cost benefit and a bus stop at the end of the street, which goes to Nuremberg airport, the train station is also very close. in conclusion, I recommend Sophia's apartment, well worth it.

Eva's small apartment is in a great location, the bus to downtown leaves right in front of the house. Nevertheless, it is very quiet and peaceful and you can relax well. Thank you again, I'd love to come back.

I felt comfortable from the first moment. Immediately upon arrival, everything was instructed for a long-term stay (6 weeks) (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), and everything worked out just fine. I really liked the room layout: kitchen with dining table on the ground floor, bedroom/study and bathroom on the 1st floor. The kitchen is very well set up for any need. Alterlangen offers relaxing tranquility after a busy day of work, and from the bedroom/study you can also use a balcony. In the morning you can hear a lot of birds. The apartment is located near the Main-Donau Canal, but also the beautiful Regnitz-Auen. By bike or bus you can reach the city center in 10 minutes, but there is also a supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance.

Claudia's place was great. Within a walking distance of city center, in a quiet and cozy part of the city. It had all the necessary items I needed for cooking. And Claudia was always responsive. Definitely recommend it and I will most probably rent this place next time that I come back to Erlangen.
