Welcome to this 100-year-old, stylishly renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Bernese Jura! It offers plenty of space, tranquility and comfort surrounded by nature. The spacious garden invites you to relax and the region offers family-friendly and sporting activities. Marvel at wild animals in the Sikypark (5 min) or relax in the wellness center in Crémines (3 min). Grandval is also an ideal starting point for hikes in the picturesque Jura landscape and also offers climbing routes.

Swiss Jura mountains, altitude of 1111 m. Hiking, skiing, snowshoes, horse riding, are activities near the chalet (skis to rent at the ski ressort near the chalet). Biel, Bienne in french is 20 min drive from the chalet. Jura, Bern, Neuchâtel are 1 hour by car from the chalet. Wifi, sauna are free, easy to use. Prices includes "tourist tax 4.-" day/person. Free parking. (chalet is 30 m. walking distance from parking). Because of animals, please drive slowely in evening..

The location is ideal for exploring Switzerland: a bus stop 50 metres away and Biel/Bienne train station 10 minutes away, with very good train connections. Free parking is available on the property. The bedrooms and a living area are on the upper floor. In this house you can switch off from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the sunsets on the terrace. Secluded, but central: You can reach the capital Bern in just 35 minutes by bus. You can be in Thun in 40 - 45 minutes.

Unfortunately, there is no store in the village.
