Vacation on the green beach of the Spree near Berlin

We rent a spacious, simply equipped apartment with two large rooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony in the attic of an old house on the banks of the Spree near Berlin. A large, partly wild garden including two swimming spots, boats, a trampoline and two bikes are also shared. In addition, you can do things here and from here, for example: hiking, cycling, fishing, cooking, grilling, doing nothing, painting, making music (in consultation), staring at something you brought with you, working in peace.

Das wunderschöne Apartment liegt im idyllischen Berlin Friedrichshagen. Es ist vollständig renoviert und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche mit Essbereich und einem Badezimmer. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Garten mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 min am Ostkreuz und in der Innenstadt. Berlin Friedrichshagen zeichnet sich durch eine besonders hohe Lebensqualität, viele Restaurants und Bars aus. Der Müggelsee ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

Our cozy, quiet basement room with bathroom is perfect for vacationers, expats and city refugees looking for a place that is within walking distance of both bus & train and forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 from Wilhelmshagen runs directly through Berlin and thus allows the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk you are also in the Püttbergen or Dämmeritzsee. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.
