The apartment is very spacious and its location makes it a great base to explore the region. We encountered a slight technical hitch with the electronic lock on the outer door, but this was resolved after some trial and error. All in all we had a good stay and would recommend Inka’s property.

We were in the forest cottage as a family with our two boys (3 and 4 years). This airbnb is really special. Not only because of the great location in the middle of the forest area and almost walking distance to the wildlife park, but also because of the lovingly designed furnishings of the house and the garden. And the amenities were also exceptionally good for a family of 4. We had way too much of home with us. It was really absolutely everything from the fully equipped kitchen (and I mean at home!) to the lovingly selected book and puzzle box. We will definitely be back and will definitely recommend the cottage!

I was in Vechta for two nights due to a training course at the university. The location of the Airbnb is perfect for this, as it takes just 5 minutes to walk to the university. The stay at Dorothee's was very pleasant, I felt super comfortable. Dorothee is a very friendly and accommodating hostess. You can tell that she cares about making her guests feel at ease. The fact that I checked in much earlier than I had originally indicated was not a problem at all. Dorothee responded to my messages immediately and was very flexible. I would book a room with her again anytime if I need accommodation in Vechta again. :)
