Je propose à la location sur quelques périodes, grâce à Tetyana qui organisera votre accueil et sera votre point de contact privilégié lors de votre séjour, ma maison (historique et de famille !) à Ste-Marine : Ty Plouz, surnommée Le Paradis par les amis, en 1ère ligne, avec sa magnifique vue mer et accès direct à l’estuaire. Attention draps et serviettes ne sont pas fournis par défaut, mais sur simple message Tetyana peut s'en charger (tarif : 25€ grand lit, 15€ petit lit, serviette incluse).

Petite maison nichée au bord de l'eau. Une vue panoramique à 180 degrés offrant une vue sur l’anse de La Forêt Fouesnant et le manoir du golf de Cornouaille. Vous pourrez admirer le rythme des marées depuis toutes les pièces de la maison. Une expérience exceptionnelle ! A proximité des plages, des commerces, du marchés, des viviers, du port de plaisance ainsi que du golf. Cette petite maison a été entièrement rénovée avec soin au cours de l’année 2023. La maison n’est pas climatisée.

Pour des vacances ou une nuitée , nous vous proposons notre maison cosy pour 4 personnes près d'une forêt avec ses sentiers multiples . A 10 min de Quimper et 25 min des plages. La maison est bien équipée, les lits seront faits à votre arrivée , le linge de toilette et de cuisine fournis. Pour y accéder vous emprunterez 4 grandes marches. Toutes les commerces de proximité se trouvent à 800 m. Notre résidence principale se trouve sur le même terrain (Chiens acceptés sur demande)

This renovated farmhouse consists of a wooden terrace with garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue, enclosed and secure private garden, a private jacuzzi (24/24h). On the ground floor, a living room of 25 m2, with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a seating area with a sofa bed, sleeping for 2 people, a bathroom with toilet, a hydromassage shower and a laundry area with washing machine/dryer. Upstairs a desk area, a sleeping area with a bed for 2 people.

Ti Mein Glas, house near Quimper

"Ti Mein Glas" is a charming small quiet house completely renovated in 2020, it is located in Landudal 4 km from Briec and 8 km from Quimper Nord. The beaches are within 25/30 km. (Concarneau, Benodet...). On the ground floor, a large 40 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs on the mezzanine, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed. We offer dinner and/or breakfast, on request.

Il sera un "lieu ressource" où vous apprécierez calme et nature au retour de vos escapades. Nous sommes idéalement situés pour rayonner dans les 30 mn vers des lieux d'intérêt variés de cette belle région du Finistère où tous vos sens seront en éveil !

In the heart of Quimper's historic center, Rue Kéréon and its colorful half-timbered houses. Studio on the second floor, at the foot of the cathedral, exceptional location. Building with red/pink windows in the outdoor photos. Wi-Fi and smart TV, fiber box. Linen provided, towels, sheets and duvet cover, the bed is made before your arrival. Accommodation classified 2 stars in furnished tourist accommodation.

Country house, very quiet. It has a private terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue. The house is located in a hamlet with three other holiday homes. The large garden has a swing, a petanque court and a swimming pool. The pool is covered , heated and secured. It is SHARED with the other cottages. It is open and heated from 1 MAY to 1 OCTOBER. The playroom is accessible for all.

a paradise directly on the sea

Le Pressoir is a charming house built in 2021 with old materials overlooking a 4000 m2 garden plunging into the bay of the Fouesnant Forest in Beg Meil. All rooms in the house have a sea view. It has received a 5-star rating. You have access to a wooden jacuzzi (from April 6 to October 21) and all year round to an outdoor sauna. Access to the beach of La Cale de Beg Meil is via a 200 m path.
