Holiday rentals with a patio in Érezée

It's a great house for a few days. Clean , everything you need. Recommended.

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!

We enjoyed David and Lynn's apartment very much. The apartment is beautifully bright, well equipped and quietly located. It's just a stone's throw from the border triangle. Thank you for the comfortable check in and carefree check out!

Unfortunately, we (two adults, two children) were only passing through Liège for one night. But the apartment is really great! Decorated with beautiful style and yet modern. The location is also good: on foot you are right in the city center and at the restaurants, the car can be parked in the modern parking garage "Parking Carré - Jonfosse" just 200 m away at a moderate price. So we highly recommend the place!

We spent a relaxing weekend in Aachen and for us the accommodation had everything you need. It is easy to reach from the train station (without a car), directly opposite is a nice playground and you are quickly in the countryside. It's also a 15-minute walk to the zoo. We also enjoyed the large sun terrace of the accommodation. And even if there is no explicit equipment for small children, we find the accommodation absolutely recommended with child! We were provided with an extra (folding bed) where our daughter could then sleep with us in the bedroom. Everything is great and highly recommended! 😊

A beautiful place just across the border in South Limburg. Good place to hike from. And beautiful city of Aachen is close by. House was spacious and cool, well equipped kitchen. Nice shower in the bath. Birgitta was very friendly and communicative and she has a special sculpture garden. The only downside I could think of was the bed. It was pretty okay, but it gave me some back pain. All in all, I would definitely go here again.

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Beautiful location in a quiet village. Ideal for hikes (pay attention in hunting season!) Parking for 3 cars, modern comfortable house with the necessary amenities. The host was clear in his communication.

We had wonderful days in Sebastiaan's house. The house is spacious for 6 people with different places to sit , a cozy well-equipped dining kitchen, good double beds and a beautifully located garden, where it is good to stay. Sippenaken is an excellent starting point for excursions and bike rides in the region and from the cottage you will be on a beautiful hiking trail through the Geuldal in no time. For us an ideal base during this AGR weekend🚴🚴

Charming country house and large garden, with all the comforts plus some small touches. Perfect for discovering the Hautes Fagnes. The hiking and walking or biking suggestions are really welcome. We really enjoyed it with our two daughters. Recommended!

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Great place to stay and location! Very quiet and very spacious

What a fantastic experience! The accommodation was sparkling clean, comfortable and perfectly located for trips in the Ardennes. We immediately felt welcome thanks to the warm hospitality of Marie-Thérèse. The ambiance was relaxed and extremely family friendly — our kids loved the animals in the yard which really gave an extra dimension to our stay. We will definitely come back!

We loved our stay here. The gites have a lot of charm and are nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. The communal barn is an asset when both gites are rented together! Good communication (and excellent after the stay) with the owners Hubert & Catherine.

We were three adults. Our stay at Mr. Norbert's penthouse was spectacular. The space met all our needs. Public transportation was easy to access and there was a supermarket nearby. The kitchen was functional and had all the necessary accessories and utensils. The bathrooms were good, the bedroom and mattress were comfortable, and the inflatable mattress was good. In short, the stay was perfect. The host was very kind and always available with quick responses. The apartment served as a base for our trips around Europe. We approve and recommend the apartment.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

Perfect location to take cycling and hiking trips from here. In the city center, making the sights very easy to reach on foot. Apartment equipped with all the necessities to be able to prepare meals, you don't want to be in the center with the restaurants within a short distance(1 minute). If necessary, park your car in public parking lot "de Motten", from here the apartment is easily accessible both on foot and by bike.

I felt very comfortable with Andreas: the apartment was super equipped, beautifully decorated and located in a nice area right next to a park. You could reach the city center both by bus and on foot, so you were well connected. Above all, the communication with Andreas was very nice, he was quickly accessible, very helpful and kindly also very flexible regarding the length of stay, so I could even stay a few days longer. Overall it was a nice place to stay for my time in Aachen!

Everything was great. It surprised me how spacious the place was. I recommend it☺️
