We had a pleasant stay at Bern. The accommodation is more beautiful in reality than in the photos. We were very well received by Bern. The check-in instructions were clear with the parking space right in front of the door. The accommodation is very close to the main highways, ideal for easily taking the road and visiting all the beautiful cities of the country. Bern took the time to show us with dedication the places to visit either on foot or by car. He helped us every morning to organise our walks in the most beautiful places in Belgium. I thank him very much for this patience. The neighborhood is very quiet and especially safe. The house is furnished with a lot of elegance and taste. The highlight is the terrace, which offers a view of nature while letting in the light through the large bay windows. I recommend it without hesitating! A big thank you to Bern

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and has charm, so you feel very comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and we had a very pleasant and entertaining evening. I would be very happy to stay there again. Michael has an excellent restaurant in the neighbouring country, other restaurants and bars, a park, the train station and all shops are within walking distance.

Lovely house in a quiet area. Nice and spacious inside and cozy. Plenty of light through the large glass facade. Lounge on the sofas or sit comfortably at the huge dining table. Nice garden with plenty of seating, always somewhere to find sun or shade. It is unprecedented that you can use everything that is available. And that's a lot. From books to games, from oil to herbs. And a lot more. Large garage with darts, Ping Pong table, mountain bikes, etc. So even in the rain, you're under the tiles. The surroundings are beautiful. Finally: the communication with Frank is smooth, personal, involved, accessible and pleasant. All in all, we had wonderful days in Lépron-Les-Vallées.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect location with 2 small children. Really everything is present and the garden with play tower was great. Grandparents and aunts also came to visit, and there was plenty of room to receive visitors and let them stay overnight. Very nice and quick contact with the landlords via the app and otherwise they leave you alone. The cottage is definitely worth the money. For excursions in the area, you have to drive a short distance, but within a 20-minute radius, you can find everything you need. We definitely recommend this to friends and family and will come back again.

A beautiful house in a fantastic location with impressive amenities – we were allowed to use everything and felt very comfortable from the first moment. It was very homely, cosy and comfortable – almost too much of a good thing! Particularly positive: the large selection of utensils and the loving furnishings. If you have any questions or problems, the hostess and the friendly neighbor were always available. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and everything was shown to us in detail. Jocelyne is a very nice and responsive host. The house is exactly as on pictures. We had everything we were promised: from amenities to a billiard and a kicker. Was a lot of fun! The house is spacious, you will have enough place for up to 10 people. You have a small nice garden and a wintergarden as well. If you are looking for a getaway you won't regret! PS There are Chimay Abbey and Castle, Sedan and Ovral Abbey which you can reach with an auto in 30-60 minutes. Definitely recommend!

I was very well received in a very friendly way in person by Thomas. He has always been available when needed between his professional activities. Very clean, very nice and bright studio with everything you need to have a great stay. Very comfortable bedding for good and sweet nights. I recommend this very well located accommodation at the gates of the avesnois to do plenty of beautiful walks without forgetting Avesnes where you have access on foot from the accommodation. I'd be happy to go back. Very nice place and Thomas is very friendly and conscientious.
