The recently renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.

Our house is located on the lake of Ioannina, on Papandreou Avenue and is decorated with the most tasteful furniture. The bedroom is a space that offers ultimate relaxation. In the living room there is the sofa, the TV and the kitchen. The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. Pets are not allowed.
