Our house, recently fully renovated, combines the traditional architecture of Zagori with all modern amenities. Overlooking the mountains and with a lovely "nest"-courtyard, with an outdoor fireplace, it is everything you need for relaxation and tranquility!

River Tales

Beautiful detached house on an estate with a large garden and fruit trees, next to the river. It has a bedroom, a comfortable bathroom (and a 2nd outdoor one) and a living room-kitchen. It has modern household appliances (fridge, kitchen, washing machine, solar water heater). For the winter, there is a functional fireplace. Very close to a cafeteria, bakery, grill, mini market. Ideal for hunters, friends of sports in the river, but also for summer holidays, as the sea is just 20 km from the house.

Zagori Forest Stonehouse

The House is located at Central Zagori (960m elevation) with a view of Vikos Canyon and surrounding villages. After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. This is located on the edge of the village, ensuring complete privacy. The village square is a 7-8 minutes walk away. There, are 3 restaurants/cafes

Within walking distance you will find Lake Ziros, Lake Viros, Kokkinopilos and the Roman aqueduct in Agios Georgios, among other attractions.

Our very private 3 bedroom home (renovated in 2025) is a short walk into Lakka village, Orkos and nearby beaches & swim spots. The locals all agree Vigla has the best views on Paxos.
