Evadez-vous dans ce cocon de verre , au coeur d'un paysage sauvage. Face à la mer, perché sur une plage d'une beauté naturelle rare, bordée d'une petite dune de sable fin et d'une pinède, ce petit nid douillet, baigné de lumière vous offre une sensation d'immersion exceptionnelle avec les éléments. A seulement 10 mn à pied du centre-ville, vous pourrez profiter des charmes de Meschers et découvrir les trésors de la Charente Maritime, comme les grottes de Régulus et le village classé de Talmont.

Vous adorerez cette escapade unique et romantique. Construite vers 1880 sur l'emplacement d'un ancien moulin du 18ème siècle, la Tour Magimar est d'inspiration néo médiévale. Construite en pierre de taille, elle comprend un sous-sol aménagé en salle d'eau, un rez-de-chaussée équipé pour les petits déjeuners, un étage-chambre avec voute et une terrasse panoramique avec vue ( 360°)sur l' estuaire de la Gironde. Le bâtiment est flanqué au nord-ouest d'une échauguette qui abrite un escalier à vis.

In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

We welcome you to a former windmill dating from the 18th century, fully restored and located in the heart of the Médoc. It consists of 2 levels and can accommodate 2 people. The mill is located on a wine estate, 15 to 30 minutes from the classified grand crus of St Estèphe, Pauillac, Margaux Close to the ocean beaches of Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac (25 to 40 minutes) Bordeaux is 1 hour away.
